I became a doula because I love supporting women throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. It’s such an exciting and transformative time for women and their families. My goal is to ease the transition from pregnancy to parenthood. Whether this is your first pregnancy or you have other children, this is a time feel supported and cared for. As a doula, that’s what I do! I support your wishes for birth and care for you and your family during the process. You’ll have a hand to hold and a voice of reassurance and encouragement. I strongly believe that when women are nurtured and cared for during birth, they are more prepared in-turn to nurture and care for their families.
